With over 15 years of experience in the commercial design & build sector, Elvina has made a distinguished mark in the industry working between Cambridge & London. Her creativity and passion shine through in every project she undertakes. Her versatile portfolio spans from crafting contemporary office spaces for both established corporates and small start-ups, to more specialised designs for cutting-edge synthetic biology labs and quantum computing facilities. Elvina combines strong design skills with effective leadership, guiding teams with clarity and purpose while building long lasting relationships based on trust.

Dan, a Chartered Surveyor with 25+ year’s experience spanning Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Procurement, Strategy, Design, and Construction, brings a versatile background as a client, consultant, and contractor. In his most recent role, he spearheaded a Life Sciences Design and Construction business, successfully overseeing the delivery of projects within the Golden Triangle for clients including Hoxton Farm, Clover Biopharmaceuticals, Cyted and Toshiba Quantum Computing.
Alan Fox

Alan, a Chartered Engineer and CIBSE Member, offers 30 years of expertise in life sciences facility design. His advisory support includes regulatory compliance, and innovative engineering solutions for laboratories. Alan specialises in Chemistry and Biology Laboratories, Cleanrooms, and high-containment facilities. His notable projects include the University of Nottingham Centre for Sustainable Chemistry and the Halley 6 project for the British Antarctic Survey, showcasing his significant contributions to sustainable laboratory design.
